SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry and is a topical composition for preventing or treating human and mammalian skin diseases, associated with an increase in transdermal moisture loss and changes in the immune system, comprising a lysate of at least one type of bacteria selected from Mycobacterium vaccae DSM 43292, Staphylococcus epidermidis DSM 30936, Staphylococcus hominis DSM 30988, in concentration of 0.00001 to 0.1 g/g of the composition, wherein the lysate is obtained from a bacteria concentration of 1×103 up to 1×1016 CFU/ml, as well as to use of said composition for preventing or treating human and mammalian skin diseases associated with increased transdermal moisture loss and immune system changes.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective prevention and treatment, prolonged remission and reduced number of adverse reactions.
