SUBSTANCE: invention relates to variants of a strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and the use of said strains. Strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25906, a strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25907, a strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25908, a strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25914, a strain of lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus DSM 25915. Said strains coaggregate with at least one pathogenic microorganism Staphylococcus aureus. Disclosed strains, individually or in combination, can be used in antibacterial compositions against Staphylococcus aureus. Said compositions can be used to obtain a pharmaceutical or medical product for the treatment or prevention of skin diseases and diseases of subcutaneous tissue caused by Staphylococcus aureus, or to obtain a cleaning agent or disinfectant for treating surfaces against Staphylococcus aureus, or to obtain a product against Staphylococcus aureus, used in the field of body hygiene, medicinal drugs and prevention, or to obtain a lotion, agitated mixture, powder, hydrogel, cream, "cresa" type agent, ointment, oily ointment or paste for application on the surface of the skin, or to obtain an antibacterial additive that has a specific action against Staphylococcus aureus for the local treatment of skin infections and acceleration of chronic wound healing. Method is also disclosed for identifying and/or selecting said lactic acid bacterium having a property for coaggregation with Staphylococcus aureus.

EFFECT: said strains individually or in combination or said compositions can be used as part of a hygiene treatment kit against Staphylococcus aureus.
