SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at treating H. pylori in adults. For 14 days, esomeprazole is prescribed 20 mg twice day 30 minutes before meals without chewing by squeezed water; nifuratel 400 mg 2 times a day after meals without chewing by way of a small amount of water; amoxicillin 1,000 mg 2 times a day orally after meal 15 minutes after nifuratel, squeezed with a small amount of water.
EFFECT: method enables higher effectiveness of the eradication therapy and improved tolerance thereof.
