FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Tire comprises tread, breaker, sides, carcass containing three to four layers of anode cord, made of cord threads with strength of 450 N (45.9 kgf/thread) to 665 N (67.7 kgf/thread), and consisting from outer and inner groups of rubberized cord layers, bead rings, filler cords. Board is made with one side ring, number of bead wires in section of which makes 110 to 144. Number of layers of cord of inner group of at least two, wherein first layer of cord is made of anode cord with high density of reinforcement threads (45 A-83), or (60 A-70), or (70 A-70) with frequency of threads 70 to 83±4 pieces per 100 mm, and all subsequent – with lower thread density with frequency of threads from 60 to 65±4 pieces per 100 mm. Number of layers in external group of carcass layers of at least one, which are made of cord with lower density of reinforcement threads with frequency of threads from 60 to 65±4 pieces per 100 mm and wrapped under bead ring.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of tire of pneumatic tire, reduced labor input and improved manufacturability of its production.
