SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. Pneumatic freight tire cover of tire radial structure comprises tread, breaker, side frames, carcass consisting of outer and inner groups of rubberized cord layers, filling cords, beads made with one bead ring. Frame contains 4 layers of rubberized anide cord made of cord threads with strength 450 N (45.9 kg⋅s/thread), rubber interlayer, doubled with first cord layer, second layer of cord may contain rubber interlayer in wing area, inner group of layers of frame consists of two layers of cord with higher frequency of threads from 83±4 pieces per 100 mm to 70+4 pieces per 100 mm, wrapped on bead ring, and outer group of carcass layers consists of two cord layers with reduced frequency of threads from 60±4 pieces per 100 mm up to 65±4 pieces per 100 mm, of which at least one layer is wrapped under the bead ring. Total thickness of rubberized carcass layers (taking into account a rubber interlayer) from 6.0 to 6.7±0.4 mm.

EFFECT: simplified process of tire assembly, improved operational characteristics of pneumatic tire.
