FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for purification of steam and gas mixtures. Regenerated filter includes housing consisting of external and internal walls, process pipes, module with tubular filtering elements located in inner cavity of filter, filtering elements of which are in vertical position and open ends are fixed in the upper tube plate, which hermetically separates the housing into the cleaning cavity of the vapor-gas mixture and the cavity of the cleaned gas, and with closed ends are fixed in the support tube plate with holes. Tubes plates are tightened by clamping elements. Filter housing has a cellular structure with labyrinth channels formed by annular plates, arranged with tiers between external and internal walls of housing and having holes, at that, said openings are located at offset ring relative to each other. Unit of reverse pulse regeneration of filter is in upper part of filter and represents conical diffuser located above open ends of tubular filtering elements fixed in upper tube plate and consisting of several conical sections installed one above another, note here that base of cone-shaped section of smaller radius partially enters upper part of next cone-shaped section. Total area of annular gaps formed between cone-shaped sections is equal to total area of openings of open ends of tubular filter elements. At the bottom of the filter casing a damping unit is installed, in which the lower ends of the clamping elements are fixed.

EFFECT: efficient cleaning of mix flow, efficient regeneration of filter elements without interruption of filter operation.
