FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in dermatovenerology when treating microbial eczema. What is presented is a background of traditional treatment of microbial eczema, including drug-induced exposure with antihistamine, antibacterial, glucocorticosteroid preparations, detoxification therapy, additionally prescribe combined effect of Dimephosfon preparation and local exposure with Ultratone apparatus. Ultratonotherapy is performed in the following modes: output voltage 3.0 kV, frequency of sinusoidal output voltage 22 kHz, with a clearance above lesion 1–2 mm through a tissue napkin, with exposure of 10–20 seconds per 1 cm2 area of focus. Patient receives 15 ml of 15 % aqueous solution of Dimephosfon on a background of ultratonoter therapy three times. Ultratonotherapy is performed 1 hour after the first dose of Dimephosfon. Therapeutic course makes 10 days. Repeated therapeutic courses are prescribed 25–30 days after the indications.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the length of the systemic and topical application of hormonal and antibacterial preparations, reducing the rehabilitation period of the patients, achieving a longer remission, eliminating cosmetic defects and improving the patients' quality of life.
