FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dermatology and can be used for treating the patients with common lichen acuminatus associated with chronic granulomatous periodontitis. For 4 weeks, systemic immunosuppressive therapy with hydroxychloroquine is administered orally 200 mg twice a day in courses of 5 days with two-day interruptions in a combination with external anti-inflammatory therapy of mometasone furoate 0.1 % in the form of ointment once a day on lesions for occlusion dressing. Simultaneously with drug therapy removal or resection of tops of teeth having signs of chronic granulomatous periodontitis is performed.
EFFECT: method enables prolonging remission and reducing the number of recurrences.
