FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnosing hemostasis disorders with detecting deficiency of individual coagulation factors. That is ensured by analyzing whole citrated blood by rotary thromboelastometry (ROTHEM). In case of elongation of the parameter characterizing the beginning of clot formation (CT), additional analyzes are performed. For this purpose two samples are prepared: with the addition of standard plasma to the whole citrated blood and with addition of plasma deficient by the investigated factor of coagulation in ratio 2:1. If CT parameter is normalized in EXTEM and / or INTEM tests in samples with standard plasma and retention of elongated CT parameter in samples with plasma deficient as per the analyzed factor of coagulation, deficiency of any factor of blood coagulation is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides rapid determination of blood coagulation factor deficiency as a cause of hypocoagulation.
