FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and refers to a method for preparing a lyophilized preparation of an activated prothrombin complex having factor VIII shunting activity, including cryo-fractioning of freshly frozen human blood plasma, isolation of the prothrombin complex from the cryo-supernatant by anion exchange chromatography, its activation by calcium ions, viral inactivation and subsequent purification from ballast proteins and thrombin, sterile filtration and lyophilic drying. At that, the cryo-supernatant isolation from the prothrombin complex is carried out using the strong anion-exchange sorbent, its activation by calcium ions with a concentration of 0.8÷1 mM, and purification from ballast proteins and thrombin is by chromatography on a weak cation exchanger.
EFFECT: invention enables extension of the arsenal of technical means for producing an activated prothrombin complex having FVIII shunting activity, with a high degree of purification from ballast proteins and thrombin.
