FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to thermal conversion of heavy hydrocarbon stock performed in continuous mode; thermolysis vapour is used as cracking faction and heavy hydrocarbon stock is preheated by process products, mixture of heavy hydrocarbon stock with thermolysis vapour are fractioned with production of gas and light-oil products outputted from the plant, vacuum residue and heavy gasoil fraction which is mixed up with residue of the first thermolysis stage, then heated up in cracking furnace up to temperature equal to or not less than 480°C and separated with production of separation vapour and residue; the latter is subjected to three-staged thermolysis. At the first stage thermolysis is performed under pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa and temperature of 440-450°C with production vapour and residue of the first stage of thermolysis which part is mixed up with heave gasoil fraction while remaining part of the first thermolysis stage residue is mixed up with separation vapour and fed to the second stage of thermolysis under pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and temperature of 430-440°C with production vapour and residue of the second stage of thermolysis which is mixed up with vacuum residue, superheated water vapour and fed to the third stage of thermolysis under pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and temperature of 420-450°C with production of peck outputted from the plant and thermolysis vapours, at that total amount of thermolysis vapours are delivered for mixing-up with heave hydrocarbon stock.
EFFECT: producing light-oil products with high output value.
