FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to multipurpose implant with a given surface structure for soft tissue reconstruction, characterized in that the implant is in form of an elastic polymer film, inside which the reinforcing element is completely enclosed in the form of a net of a non-shrinking woven or nonwoven synthetic material, wherein the polymer film is a spatially cross-linked polymer based on oligomers and methacrylate monomers.
EFFECT: present invention provides a universal implant for reconstructing soft tissues, in which its antiadhesive properties or control over integration into a tissue implant are determined by a given surface structure, and physical and mechanical properties, such as strength and elasticity of the implant, are achieved by geometry of the reinforcing element.
