FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing petroleum products from a feedstock containing polymers. Method comprises loading raw material containing polymer feedstock into pyrolysis reactor tank, having initial free volume, making approximately 30 % of polymer raw material loaded in reactor, use of outer jacket, substantially surrounding reactor tank, supply of heat energy to reactor tank, conversion of raw material into molten material with pyrolysis of molten polymer material in anaerobic conditions in free volume of reactor tank during movement of molten material through reactor tank, cracking and reforming of molten material and production of oil products in a reactor.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of product output and quality of manufactured products, as well as reduction of power consumption.
