FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described is method of polymerization of monomers in fluidized bed in the presence of metallocene catalyst in gas-phase reactor and fluidizing medium containing gas phase and liquid phase admitted into reactor. Method comprises (a) regulation of cooling power of fluidizing medium by regulating ratio between gas medium and liquid medium and (b) maintenance of value of function Z of volume weight. This function is represented by wherein ρ_bf is volume weight in fluidized state, ρ_bs is volume weight after settling, ρ_g is gas density and ρ_s is actual resin density at level which exceeds or equals to design extreme volume of this function.
