FIELD: machine building; devices for dosing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cyclic dosed supply of powders of organometallic compounds at coating deposition. Summary: device includes electric motor (2) connected to rotating shaft (3). Rotary disc (5) with dosing sockets, two fixed flanges (4, 6), funnel (7), path (9) of pneumatic transport of powder are installed coaxially to shaft (3). Upper flange (4) with four through holes forms the hopper bottom. Lower flange (6) has a cutout made so that the batched material is supplied into path (9) of pneumatic transport of powder in equal portions. Electric motor (2), shaft (3), flanges (4, 6), disc (5) and funnel (7) are removed from heating area on vertical tube, inside which there is path (9) of pneumatic transport of powder. Funnel (7) is made so that the gas inlet into the pneumatic conveying path (9) of the powder is performed tangentially.
EFFECT: possibility of discrete dosing of organometallic powders for a long period of time with maintenance of constant value of each portion, possibility of material supply to hot zone.
