FIELD: measuring devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyclic measurement of volumes of loose material doses, and more specifically to automatic batchers with external control for repeated measurement and dispensing of preset volumes of loose material, irrespective of its feed from accumulator, and is intended for automatic volumetric batching of pyrotechnic compositions doses for forming of pyro elements. Proposed pyrotechnic compositions dispenser includes hopper with discharge pipe above central drive shaft fixed on transporting disc with measuring vessels mounted on frame, distributed along periphery, series coinciding with through slotted opening, adjacent transfer support, directed to measured doses in matrix tableting supply tray, wherein adjacent to transporting disc transfer support is made in form of rotary coil, which through inclined window in lower flange with hopper and additional tray for unloading containers into process is commutated by track control system comprising made in lower flange coil of separate kinematic closure arc cam with rods of two pneumatic cylinders diametrically mounted on frame, positioning transporting disc, which is made convex, preferably conical. At that, rods of pneumatic cylinders are arranged in locating holes of fixed bracket adjoining lower flange of rotating coil.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of technological capabilities of safe in handling pyrotechnic compositions dispenser, automated in full cycle of operations, with high accuracy of volumetric batching of various materials doses with different grain size and tribo properties.
