FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a wire rope with a polymer wire, comprising a main part of the wire rope, in which a plurality of strands are twisted together, and at least one polymer wire wound spirally around the main part of the wire rope along the recess between the strands. In winding wire of polymeric wire winding device used for winding of polymer wire around main part of wire rope, spirals in the direction of twisting wire rope with polymer wire are formed grooves for strands, in which strands can be placed, and groove for polymer wire, in which can be placed polymer wire.

EFFECT: as a result, polymer wire can be easily and reliably fixed on main part of wire rope, and thus wire rope with polymer wire can be made.
