FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery, and can be used for stimulation of regeneration of muscle branches of facial nerve in experiment. That is ensured by introducing the autoplasma taken directly before the operation prepared by centrifugation at rate of 1000 rpm for 20 minutes into the guide. Central and proximal ends of the transected nerve are placed in the autoplasma. Conductor is fixed in bed of transected nerve by applying single nodular sutures on fascia of surrounding tissues.
EFFECT: method provides improved results of post-traumatic regeneration of nerve fiber and recovery of motor and sensitive function in innervated tissues by increasing the rate of directed growth of axons in the area of the intersected nerve, improvement of reparative processes, less manifestations of inflammatory phenomena, restoration of integrity and function of nerve conduction in earlier terms after trauma.
