FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physics of plasma, gas discharge, radio electronics, etc. and can be used to measure parameters of weak magnetic fields and MHD waves in low-temperature magnetoactive plasma. Device for measuring parameters of weak magnetic field in low-temperature magnet-active plasma includes high-frequency magnetic probe in form of three two-section windings made with twisted pair, arranged orthogonally on non-magnetic cubic frame. Sections of each winding are connected to their differential amplifier, all differential amplifiers are connected to multichannel voltage recorder and to power supply. To achieve the technical result, the power supply source of the amplifiers is galvanically isolated from the AC voltage network, and each section of the winding consists of an even number of layers with the same number of turns and with one-sided direction of winding, at that odd layers are wound in one side along the winding axis, and even layers are wound in the reverse direction.
EFFECT: reduced error in measuring characteristics of an alternating magnetic field owing to reduction of stray signals in the measuring circuit.
