FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the following operations: at least two identical probes are installed into plasma, at the same time the distance between the probes is chosen, provided that there is no impact at each other from areas of disturbances from the installation of the probes; plasma is probed by the simultaneous application of an identical voltage pulse to all the probes; with the help of recording devices, to which the appropriate probes are connected regardless of each other and which operate from independent sources of power supply and are equipped by means of insulation from an AC voltage network, current is recorded; recorded signals are sent to a personal computer for processing and building of volt-ampere characteristics to determine the concentration of electrons in the fields of probe installation; using the produced results, they determine the space-time distribution of plasma parameters and the dynamism of its condition.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of detection of plasma condition by the determination of the space-time distribution of its parameters in a single plasma pulse.
