FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for optimizing production from one or more wells and a method of optimizing fluid flow rate that lowers viscosity, such as a viscosity reducer, into one or more wells. System for optimizing pumping of viscosity reducer into one, some or all of one or more oil wells comprises downhole pump and storage means of viscosity reducer, wherein said storage means are connected to the well or each of the wells by means of one or more injection lines, through which the viscosity reducer can be pumped by means of injection of the viscosity reducer. Said system comprises measuring means for real-time measurement of one or more parameters of well production and measurement of pumping capacity of the viscosity reducer; and means for optimizing pumping of viscosity reducer into at least one of said one or more wells based on: (I) means for creating controlled changes of pumping of viscosity reducer into at least one or each well; (II) means for processing measurements in real time of parameters of productivity of production, which are under action of these changes, to determine required adjustment of pumping of viscosity reducer to optimum value; and (III), if necessary, performing corresponding physical adjustment of pumping of viscosity reducer to bring production efficiency closer to optimum point, as well as method of said optimization.
EFFECT: optimization of viscous oil extraction.
