SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for drug delivery. Device for drug delivery comprises: a housing, a drug reservoir installed in the housing, a rod installed in the housing with possibility of movement with possibility of displacement of the drug from said reservoir, a trigger mechanism configured to generate a driving force, a dose setting mechanism installed at least partially in the body with possibility of setting a dose of the drug and functionally connected to the trigger, a drive mechanism functionally connected in the body with a dose setting mechanism and a rod with the possibility of transmitting said drive force to the rod for its movement depending on a given dose of the drug. Stock is also equipped with a row of teeth, and the above device additionally contains a ring-shaped element provided with a pawl and installed in the housing so that when the rod moves, the pawl jumps over the rod teeth.

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for drug delivery.
