FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for liquid drug delivery. The device includes an outer casing; a drug reservoir installed in the outer case; a trigger mechanism configured to generate a drive force; drum for setting the dose, installed at least partially in the outer housing with the possibility of setting the dose of the drug and functionally connected to the trigger mechanism; a tubular piece at least partially installed in the drum and functionally connected to it; an inner housing at least partially installed in the tubular part and functionally connected to it; and a rod at least partially mounted in the inner housing with the possibility of movement so as to enable the drug to be displaced from the specified reservoir, and a drive mechanism operatively connected in the outer housing to the inner housing and the rod to provide the possibility of transferring the specified drive force to the rod to move it depending on the given dose of the drug, while the tubular part is equipped with radial teeth, and the specified device additionally contains a cylindrical part, equipped with at least one elastic element with a pawl and put on the tubular part to interact with the drum and the tubular part in such a way that rotation of the drum enables said pawl to jump over at least one of the radial teeth of the tubular part.
