FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes an electric toothbrush, a nozzle for an electric toothbrush and a method for additional movement by an electric toothbrush, relates to medical equipment and is intended for cleaning teeth. Electric toothbrush comprises a handle including a drive mechanism and a drive shaft; engine controller to control operation of drive mechanism to create at least one of first mechanical control action and second mechanical control action and nozzle. Nozzle has a body, the main axis of which passes between the proximal end and the distal end of the nozzle, wherein the proximal end is connected to the drive shaft, and the distal end includes a resonance structure. In response to operation of engine controller to control operation of drive mechanism to create first mechanical control action resonant structure performs cleaning motion, having first resonance frequency, and in response to operation of engine controller to control operation of drive mechanism to create second mechanical control action, resonance structure performs cleaning motion and additional motion, having second resonance frequency. Additional motion comprises at least one selected from a group consisting of a tapping motion, an oscillatory motion, a fan-shaped oscillation, a wave motion or a floating motion.
EFFECT: bristle tips are enlarged without enlarging plates or engines with energy-intensive drive.
