FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Disc 1 workpiece is obtained, heat treated, shaped to cutting edge 6, cooled down and tempered. First, the area of contact of the soil formation with the inner uninhabited part of the disc, the value of the normal pressure force of the soil formation on it, adhesion, cohesion, the angle of internal friction and the angle of friction of soil along the working element. Then, in disc blank 1 holes 3 and 4 are simultaneously made for installation and attachment of disk working element to bearing assembly or axis, as well as slots 5, area of which in zone of contact of soil formation with inner unladen part of disc is determined by formula:
where Scut is area of slots, cm2; Sform is the area of the formation contact with the uninternal part of the disc, cm2; Rn is the value of the normal formation pressure force on the inner non-deepened part of the disc, N; a – adhesion (stickiness) of soil, N/cm2; μ is the soil friction angle along the working member; c – cohesion of soil, N/cm2; tgϕ is angle of soil internal friction.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the technical reliability while maintaining quality characteristics of the disk tillage working tool.
