FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a bioreactor plant for anaerobic treatment of organic wastes of animal and vegetable origin to produce organic fertilizers and biogas. Installation contains a group of bioreactors, where the housing of each bioreactor has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with a water heating circuit. At that pipes of heating circuit are located on end and on one of side walls of housing. Housings of bioreactors are sequentially joined by heating circuits with side walls with side walls without heating circuit of the other bioreactor. Side wall with heating circuit of extreme bioreactor is closed by panel without heating circuit, and side wall without heating circuit of other extreme bioreactor is closed with panel equipped with heating circuit. Housing of each bioreactor is separated inside by vertical longitudinal and transverse ribs of stiffness into sections, in which biofilter elements are installed in the form of biological loading units. Biological loading unit comprises modules formed from vertically oriented tubular elements with a microporous structure. Modules are located in layers, wherein elements of modules located in adjacent layers are shifted in horizontal plane by half of transverse dimension of element and have gap between layers.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and quality of biomass processing, as well as expansion of its functional capabilities.
