SUBSTANCE: method for producing bioproducts and biogas from liquid chicken manure, according to which the original manure is subjected to successive mesophilic anaerobic treatment in the temperature range of 32-37°C with the duration of no more than one day, the thermophilic anaerobic treatment in the temperature range of 52-57°C with the duration of no longer than 6 days with production of biogas and the effluent, the effluent is separated into a liquid fraction with a moisture content over 97% and a solid fraction with a moisture content not greater than 90% to obtain solid and liquid fertilizers, protein and vitamin additives, the biogas is used to produce energy. The liquid fraction is subjected to anaerobic biofiltration in the recirculation mode to obtain additional amounts of biogas and liquid chicken manure liquid fraction of not more than 2000 mg/l, the solid fraction is subjected to solid phase anaerobic treatment in the psychrophilic or mesophilic mode to obtain the carbon to nitrogen ratio as C:N<10 and additional amounts of biogas. The device for production of bioproducts and energy from liquid chicken manure consists of series-connected mesophilic anaerobic bioreactor, thermophilic anaerobic bioreactor, effluent separation means into liquid and solid fractions, as well as a generator of energy, connected with the anaerobic bioreactors by the pipeline.
EFFECT: inventions enable to increase the depth of processing of organic matter of the initial substrate in combination with a more complete use of bioenergy potential.
