SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The device for environmentally safe recycling of organic substrates into biogas and fertilisers, consisting of the first device of mechanical separation hydraulically connected with the line of feeding the initial substrate, the anaerobic bioreactor with immobilised microflora equipped with outlet of biogas and effluent, the anaerobic bioreactor with suspended microflora and the second device of mechanical separation, and the outputs of the liquid fraction of the first and second mechanical separation devices are connected to the input of the anaerobic bioreactor with immobilised microflora, and the output of the solid fraction of the first mechanical separation device is connected to the input of the anaerobic bioreactor with the suspended microflora provided with heating means, and an aerobic bioreactor is additionally provided, an anaerobic bioreactor with immobilised microflora, the first device of mechanical separation are located inside the housing of the aerobic bioreactor, anaerobic bioreactor with the suspended microflora and the second device of mechanical separation are combined in one housing.
EFFECT: invention enables to apply the stage of aerobic thermophilic hydrolysis of the initial substrate in conjunction with the integration of all the main processes of processing the substrate in one housing.
