FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for large-scale processing of ash-slag wastes based on acid fly ash from spent and operated dumps of ash removal systems of thermal power plants and heat and power plants. Method includes preparation of raw material - ash-and-slag mixtures of natural moisture - from spent and dried section of ash-plow of thermal power plants, if necessary, mechanical dehydration of raw material, drying of raw material, reactivation of ash-slag material and bringing it to the standard properties by magnetic separation of ash-slag mixture for extraction of not less than 90 % of magnetic inclusions and their storage for recycling as a separate product, thermal treatment of ash-slag mixture, sublimation of alkalis with subsequent removal thereof with exhaust furnace gases, quenching of thermally treated ash-slag mixture discharged from hot end of furnace, two-level disperse system, which is used to create aerohydrodynamic dispersion of ash-slag mixture, grinding together with limestone, quick lime and slaked lime, separation by fractions.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of processing ash-slag wastes, as well as obtaining standard ash products for use as active mineral additives for cement, concrete and other materials on cement binder in production of construction articles.
