FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. Method for production of extruded fodder involves preliminary sprouting of pea and/or rape and/or millet grains in 0.05 % nicotinic acid solution to produce sprouts of 1.5–2 mm, after which sprouted grains are mixed with non-germinated grains and the mixture is extruded at temperature of 110–160 °C and pressure of 40–80 atm, wherein the initial components of the feed mixture are used in the following ratio (wt. %): rye - 25, maize - 25, peas - 20, rape or millet - 30.
EFFECT: proposed method for production of extruded fodder provides higher efficiency of preparation and nutritiousness of extruded fodder for farm animals.
