SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushing and grinding of various materials, namely, to roller and rotor crushers, and can be used in mining and other industries. Proposed device comprises rotary rollers with bearing supports, one of which is secured at lever swinging frame at an angle to lift. Ratio between size of lever and weight of roll at application of torque to it provides crushing initial material and lifting of roll with formation of grinding gap, sufficient for passage of non-crushing material.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced mechanical impact on crushing shaft at passage of non-crushed material.
