FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore preparation and beneficiation of minerals based on disintegration of fragile ores. Roller crushing unit consists of frame 1 installed above hopper (not shown). Housing 2 is rigidly fixed on top of frame 1. Upper part of housing 2 is made in the form of cover 3, which is connected to housing 2 with possibility of removal. In the upper part of housing 2 and in the lower part of cover 3 the cover fasteners are installed. In the centre of cover 3 there is a hole in which loading hopper 4 is fixed with possibility of removal. Baffle 5 is installed in the upper part of the hopper. In the centre of the front surface of housing 2 there is a rectangular hole in which an infrared sensor for monitoring wear is installed with possibility of removal. In side surfaces of housing 2 opposite each other there are holes, in one of which spring 14 is installed, in the other one – a retainer of position of bearings 12. Spring 14 is rigidly fixed with spherical plain bearing 6. Spherical plain bearing 6 is connected by guides 9 with plain bearing 8. Safety rings 13 are installed on guides 9. In the upper surface of housing 2 there is a hole in which irrigation device 16 is installed with possibility of removal.

EFFECT: roller crushing unit is characterized by increased wear resistance of lining roll shells, at the same time more complete opening of mineral splices is provided.
