FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in production of steel castings. Two-layer sand-lining facing layer contains foundry sand and binder in amount of 7 % of foundry sand. Filling layer of two-layer sandy form is formed from construction sand and liquid-glass binder in amount of 4 % of the weight of construction sand.
EFFECT: enabling elimination of the environmentally harmful use of the recycled mixture from the technological process with stability of properties of the obtained two-layer sand mold.
