FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises heating the sand to 18-25°C, making moulding sand to be fed into tooling and making lining layer using counter model grate. In forming lining layer air is pumped from tooling. Formed lining layer is blown by hot air heated to 18-40°C and is sucked off on the side opposite hot air feed side and, then, by carbonic acid gas with pumping gas-air mix on the side opposite gas-air mix feed side. Lining hardened, filler mix is fed into tooling and compacted on the tooling counter model grate side.
EFFECT: better mould peeling, higher accuracy and quality of casting.
