SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production. The method for producing castings in molds with a filling layer of construction sand includes the manufacture of a two-layer liquid-glass mold with a filling layer of construction sand and a lining layer of foundry sand, the filling layer of the mold is made from a mixture of construction sand with 2-3% of liquid glass, while the subsequent knockout of the filling and lining layers is carried out in different power modes, while the power mode used for knocking out the filling layer is equal to 0.2-0.3 of the power mode for the lining layer.
EFFECT: possibility of using construction sand foundry mold for a wide range of building materials.
