SUBSTANCE: absorbent product includes top sheet 12 formed from composite sheet, back sheet 13 and absorbent element 14 arranged between sheets 12 and 13. Composite sheet 1 has first direction X corresponding to longitudinal direction of article and second direction Y corresponding to lateral direction of article. Composite sheet consists of first sheet 1 and second sheet 2 attached to each other in multiple fastening points. First sheet 1 protrudes from second sheet 2 to form ledges 4 towards carrier skin. In composite sheet 10 ledges 4 include multiple continuous comb ledges 40, each of which passes in second direction Y and which are located with intervals in first direction X. Each of continuous comb ledges 40 is curved or has curvilinear part, which gives convexity towards one from ends of article 100 defined in longitudinal direction.
