FIELD: hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an absorbent product comprising an absorbent member and upper sheet 2 on the side of the absorbent member facing the skin. Upper sheet 2 is in plan view comprises kit from first sheet 20 and second sheet 21. Top sheet 2 has multiple projections 23 formed by protrusion of first sheet 20 towards carrier skin. Upper sheet meets the following conditions: (1) ledges have height of 0.5–10 mm; (2) attachment points 22 have an arrangement density of 10–30 attachment points to an arbitrarily selected rectangular area with dimensions of 10 mm in length and 15 mm in width on the plan view; (3) fastening points in said rectangular area have a share of total area relative to area of given rectangular area, making 12 %–35 %; and (4) the upper sheet has shear resistance of 21–70 N.

EFFECT: disclosed is an absorbent product.
