FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for cutting process sections in well tubing strings at oil, gas and gas condensate fields. Proposed device comprises housing with grooves, hinged retainers to interact with hydraulic drive piston. Hydraulic drive comprises washer-screw and hollow rod with ledges on outer surface, extensible cutters reinforced in working surface area hinged in housing of device, springs installed in device housing from opposite ends of rod, cylinders being parts of housing and arranged in series one after another in direction of cut-out section, as well as longitudinal grooves arranged radially with interval of 90° or 120° in device housing.
EFFECT: enlarging process capabilities, providing accident-free performance of cutting process sections in pipe strings, reducing risks of accidents or incidents in well, reducing duration of works.
