FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to production of concrete mixtures and articles from them, mortar mixes, and can be used for production of reinforced concrete products and structures, external and internal works in large-panel construction and monolithic construction. Modular plant for production of mortar-concrete mixtures, containing bins by number of aggregates, conveyor-batcher arranged under hoppers, concrete mixer, transport for feeding a proportioned batch of aggregates into a concrete mixer, a cement dispenser and a water dispenser, equipped with a heating device, a storage silo with a bag filter, wherein under the concrete mixer the first unmanned bladed rotor-unloader is installed in the metal housing, under which the reactor is installed for intensifying deflocculation of solid phase of cement system and physical and chemical reaction of hydration and hydrolysis of cement clinker phases, made in form of metal sealed resonator chamber in electrically safe housing, comprising a microwave field electromagnetic radiation device, a rectangular horn-type waveguide, a ballast load and a product pipeline from material transparent for the electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency, which is placed coaxially inside the resonator chamber, unit for cooling device for emitting ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic field and waveguide, under the reactor the second unmanned bladed rotor-unloader in the metal housing is installed, containing unloading hopper for unloading ready mortar-concrete mixture. Device for emitting ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic field is made in the form of continuous action magnetron. Modular plant further comprises silo for storage of active mineral additive. Device for heating water dispenser is made in form of heat exchanger-heat exchanger of cooling unit of device for radiation of electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency and waveguide.
EFFECT: creation of modular plant for production of mortar mixes with required quality indices, on which it is possible to produce concrete and mortar mixtures with reduced specific consumption of cement per unit of strength.
