FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: plant has silages for the cement storing, service bunkers for fillers, device for feeding the cement into the accumulative bunker having the gate, discharge hopper, two conveyers for filler feeding, dosing tank and mortar-concrete mixer. The accumulative bunker is made two-sectional in the form of a housing with a partition whose lower face end is placed above the discharging hole of the bunker with the slot formation. The accumulative bunker is connected with the dosing tank. The dosing tank is made in the form of a platform balance. The outgoing ends of the conveyers for the filler feeding are disposed over the charging hole of one of the sections. The other section is made with a cover having the branch pipe connected with the device for the cement feeding. The discharge hopper is made two-hosed. The device for the cement feeding is made as a screw conveyer. EFFECT: enhanced quality of preparation of mortar and concrete mixes. 1 cl, 3 dwg
