SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Disclosed is a system for providing access to a digital copy of a user document, comprising at least one processor, coupled by a bus with a registration and authentication module, which is configured to register new users of the system and subsequent authentication thereof; biometric authentication and identification module, which is configured to obtain biometric user data and subsequent analysis thereof for authentication purposes for performing operations with documents; module for adding documents, which is intended for addition of user documents to digital copies of images; a document storage module which is designed to store and manage added digital copies of user documents; a document presentation module which is designed to provide added said digital copies of document images to a recipient and to set access policies for providing said digital copies of documents to a recipient which establishes a list of available digital copies of documents for transmitting to a document request module, wherein the digital copies of documents are provided by forming a data packet containing at least a hyperlink to at least one digital copy of the user document contained in the document storage module; electronic signature of documents module, which is intended for signing of digital copies of images of documents with a personal enhanced qualified electronic signature (EQES) and verification of electronic signature validity for each digital copy of document at request of document request module; a document request module which is designed to receive at least one signed digital copy of a user document image stored in a document storage module from a presentation module.

EFFECT: providing access to digital copies of user documents with ensuring confirmation of their invariance and authenticity.
