FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustoelectronic devices for generating an encoded information signal. RF Marker input converter is made in the form of single interdigital transducer (IDT) installed between two arms of U-shaped multi-strip coupler with equal energy division, in such a way that the condition ensuring the SAW phases shift equal π/2. Reflecting structures are located on the substrate with an offset relative to the location of the input transducer along the axial line having an inclination angle α relative to location of input converter, which sets fixed time delays of information signal pulses. Between input transducer and reflecting structures there is a multiband tap-compressor in such a way that complete transfer of acoustic energy of SAW is carried out, emitted by an input transducer from an acoustic channel, the aperture of which is defined by the aperture of the IDT, into an acoustic channel, the aperture of which is determined by the number of reflecting structures.
EFFECT: technical result is longer range of radio tag, stability of operation under action of destabilizing factors, as well as compactness of radio tag.
