FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: in multichannel optical delay line (ODL) including input transducer located on a piezoelectric substrate and consisting of n interdigital transducers (IDT), and reflective elements arranged in one line on both sides of the input converter, an input transducer is made of N modules, consisting of n1…ni IDT, the number of which in the module matches the number of pulses with given time characteristics in the information signal and installed in a way that axial line of each module has its angle of inclination α to the line of reflective elements. Method of encoding information signal generated by multichannel ODL IDT of input converter are grouped in N modules, each module is made with the number of IDT corresponding to the number of pulses with given time delay and axial lines of which are installed at an angle of α1…αn to the line of reflecting elements, where α1≠α2≠…≠αn, and recoding information signal is made by varying location of modules relative to each other preserving inclination angle of module axes.
EFFECT: technical result is improved protection of information signal from unauthorised reading and increased technological effectiveness of coding process.
