SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Technical result is achieved by taking a statement, transmitting an expression into a processing system of linguistic information, receiving a processing result of linguistic information indicating intent and a set of arguments recognized in the utterance, detecting the context of the computer system, analysing the context and intent within the linguistic information processing result in order to identify the action to be taken, performing search on several different information sources based on context and based on a set of arguments in the linguistic information processing result in order to identify content, in respect of which said action is to be performed, use of a computer processor for automatic control of the controlled system so as to perform said action with respect to the identified content.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of processing context actions of a user of a computing device.
