FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at accelerating the healing of the cornea after mechanical injuries. To accelerate healing of the cornea after its mechanical injuries, subconjunctival injections and external applications in the form of drops on the corneal wound of the solution are carried out. Above solution is prepared using oxyethyl ammonium methylphenoxy acetate powder and 0.9 % sodium chloride solution. Components are used in claimed amounts. Said components are mixed ex tempore until complete dissolution of oxyethyl ammonium methylphenoxyacetate powder. Subconjunctival injections are 0.5 ml once a day daily, applications – 2 drops 2 times a day, 1 time in morning and 1 time in the evening, course of 7 days.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher acceleration of cornea healing after mechanical injuries.
