FIELD: medicine; surgery; experimental biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to accelerate the healing of burn wounds. Therapeutic composition is applied on a burn wound of an experimental animal with solution of 1-hydroxygermatrane monohydrate in concentration of 10 vol.% in 30% aqueous solution of dimethylsulfoxide. Composition is prepared ex tempore by mixing both components of the solution. Wipes are moistened with the composition and applied to the wound of an experimental animal for 20–30 minutes 1 time a day, from above it is covered with polyethylene film and then—with cotton or linen cloth, course of treatment is 15 days.

EFFECT: method provides higher intensity of proliferative-reparative processes in conditions of skin burn wound healing correction by selecting the optimal course of application of 1-hydroxygermatrane monohydrate solution and its concentration in dimethyl sulphoxide solution.
