FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder technology, particularly, to thermoplastic granulated materials (feedstocks) and methods of their production. It can be used for production of metal and ceramic parts by injection molding and additive molding for fabrication of complex profile parts. Feedstock contains, vol%: powder of alloy in form of particles with core-shell structure 53–65; plasticizer 0.5–1.5; oxidized paraffin 13–25; polymer 15–35. At that, particles of alloy with core-shell structure consist of alloy powder and surface modifier, taken in weight ratio of 1,000:1–1,000:15. Feedstoke is used to obtain particles of alloy with core-shell structure from alloy powder, then obtained particles of alloy are mixed with binder and produced mixture is extruded.
EFFECT: high density and microhardness of parts made from feedstock.
