SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing thermoplastic granular materials intended for the manufacture of metal parts by injection moulding/pressure moulding. The method includes a stage of mechanical mixing of metal powder and a binder and a granulation stage. In this case, the stage of mechanical mixing of the components is carried out in a mixer at a temperature of 110-200°C at a speed of at least 10 rpm for at least 10 minutes, and the granulation stage is carried out in the same mixer at a temperature of 10-150°C at a speed of 10-200 rpm for at least 5 minutes, with the ratio of the components used, wt.%: metal powder 90.0-99.0 and binder 1.0-10.0.

EFFECT: scheme for obtaining granular material is simplified, as well as for obtaining feedstock with a uniform component composition in the form of powder and binder.
