SUBSTANCE: tool holder 100 for arrangement of tool 200 comprises housing 10 with movable transfer element 20 installed in it to transfer movement to tool 200 arranged on first end section 30 of tool holder 100 and with fastening section 40 at second end section 50 of tool holder 100 for securing tool holder 100 on machine 300. Instrument holder 100 comprises section 60 of cooling line for conducting cooling agent from second end section 50 to first end section 30. Cooling line section 60 includes first subsegment 61 passing through transfer element 20, which at least partially is made in the form of a hole in transfer element 20.
