FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to device for ultrasound oscillation of tool (90) for ultrasonic treatment of workpiece with removal of material and for measurement of parameters of instrument ultrasonic oscillation (90), comprising instrument holder (10) for arrangement of tool (90), ultrasonic transducer (20) in tool holder (10) for creation of ultrasonic vibration of tool (90), sensor device (40) in tool holder (10) for generation of sensor signal based on instrument ultrasonic oscillation (90) and device (110) for evaluation of sensor signal for evaluation of sensor signal. Sensor device (40) comprises solid element (41) of piezoelectric material and a plurality of electrode segments (42a) for detecting the ratio of ultrasonic oscillation components in the axial direction of tool (90), as well as a portion of bending component of ultrasonic vibration of tool (90). Also, the invention relates to a machine for processing a workpiece with removal of material and a method of measuring parameters of ultrasound oscillation of a tool.
EFFECT: proposed device allows to provide high accuracy of processing at ultrasonic treatment of workpiece with removal of material.
